So I almost don’t want to write this review because if everyone finds out about this brisket then they’ll become famous and it won’t be as easy to order when we need them. I don’t even like bbq to be honest my husband is the bbq fan but this food is just beyond. The textures and flavors are insane and for the two parties we’ve used them to cater… all of the guests are mind blown.

I love barbecue and I’ve traveled to different states to try different places… I accidentally stumbled upon Ian at a farmers market this past summer. I tried his brisket and it’s the best brisket I’ve ever tried. this past weekend is the second time we’ve used him to cater our parties and it’s always the talk of the table how good his brisket, pulled chicken, pork and his spicy salad… Can’t wait to try his other dishes. highly recommend

I had the pleasure of trying Smokin Earl's BBQ at a food truck event in Warminster park. The customer service was exceptional and the BBQ chicken platter was out of this world. It was super moist and came with fresh coleslaw and a spicy veggie pickle salad. They had many BBQ options as well even though they were very busy the cook explained all the sauces in detail. I loved there BBQ so much that I wrote the local owner to go meet and purchase some more spicy veggie pickle salad. I think about it often and need it my fridge on the regular. Can't wait to put it in a bloody Mary!

Wow!!!! These guys do not mess around!! Try the ribs or sausages!!! I'll be back!!
